Mr. Rivera has over 16 years of experience in the IT industry. He started out in the IT industry as an outside consultant at the age of 17. Providing IT advice and support to non-profits that couldn't afford the IT support at the time.

As he grew his experience, he moved into the corporate IT world. There he worked as a system administrator, IT Manager, Director of IT and CTO for varies companies including Atlas Solutions, Microsoft and more.
​
Mr. Rivera holds 2 Technical degrees; an A.A.S in Computer Network Systems and an B.S. in Information System Security. He has extensive experience in all aspects of IT.

Vice President | Chief Information Officer
Mr. Rivera has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry. Mr. Rivera has an A.A.S in Computer Network Systems. He has extensive experience in growing and maintaining IT systems. He is in charge of our Network Infrastructure and Support Teams.

As our Chief Technologist he is responsible for overall technical vision and day to day operations of our IT infrastructure and technical support teams.

His technical vision leads the structure of our teams to provide the highest level of technical support, customer service and network up-time to our clientele.
